LifeandLeadership.com Summary

This is a third major installment in the Buckingham-Rath Strengths-Based Series. It is not intended to replace the newest of the strengths profiles, Strengths 2.0, but to enhance it, by helping people identify their top two strengths and put them to greatest use at work. It also provides a picture of how others perceive you as you exercise strengths. The assessment reveals the respondent’s profile among nine strengths roles:

  • Advisor
  • Connector
  • Creator
  • Equalizer
  • Influencer
  • Pioneer
  • Provider
  • Stimulator
  • Teacher

Those who purchase the book receive a “key” that allows them to take the profile online. REMEMBER to purchase a NEW copy to get the key. A used copy may also have a used key, which cannot be activated a second time. Also, some have reported difficulty in getting a key with digital copies.
