It is not intended to replace the newest of the strengths profiles, Strengths 2.0, but to enhance it, by helping people identify their top two strengths and put them to greatest use at work. It also provides a picture of how others perceive you as you exercise strengths. The assessment reveals the respondent’s profile among nine strengths roles:
