LifeandLeadership.com Summary

This is a collection of substantive articles from numerous practitioner-scholars, reflecting the philosophy and strategy of the Christian Community Development Association that Perkins founded. Its purpose is to function as “a handbook that describes not only the theology, principles, and strategy that guide what we are doing, but also offers more practical how to’s-lessons learned from years of struggle and triumph in some of America’s toughest neighborhoods.” (13) One might say it is the academic version of With Justice for All(see above), as it also explains the 3-R philosophy of relocation, reconciliation, and redistribution.
