LifeandLeadership.com Summary

One of the most frustrating aspects of serving as an elder is attending meetings. This is serious enough that the degree of ineffectiveness leads many well-qualified candidates to choose not to serve for fear of wasting endless hours in meetings that accomplish nothing. For those who do serve, it is a constant source of frustration.

This is a one-of-a-kind text geared specifically to elder’s meetings, written by the author of the widely used work, Biblical Eldership
