Your report is customized based on your online assessment that will take you only about 15-20 minutes to complete. Concise, yet very helpful insights. Includes charts and scores. Please note that, even though this is our “mini” version of the report, the online assessment is the same one that we use for the full report. This is a self-scoring booklet revealing your complete disc profile, extensive explanations of the DISC model, interpretive and application exercises, and an introduction to each style blend to help you understand others. The interpretation is not as extensive as the DISCovery Report Online, but it is less expensive. It may be better to use in conjunction with the instructive CDs or DVDs from Personality Insights, or under the guidance of a certified facilitator. Those familiar with the model, however, could use the print version to lead an effective group study.

The IBO Discovery Report is for “Independent Business Owners.” This personality report is very similar to our standard Adult Discovery Report, however several sections of the report have been tailored for business owners and those who work in a dynamic environment.
